Call for Gold Lion Film Festival
Africa's festival for short films (under 45 minutes) has changed its name to THE GOLD LION FILM FESTIVAL (formerly the Golden Lion Film Festival), and will take place as usual the third week of October, with Swaziland, South Africa and Mozambique as venues. Call for Entries commences tomorrow, February 8. Filmmakers may find festival information here at www.goldlionfest.co.sz. I routinely waive entry fees for African filmmakers, they need only ask.
